Jeff began his career in custom furniture manufacturing, taking over his family business that has been supplying bespoke furniture to hotels and hospitality projects worldwide since 1986. With over a decade of experience working closely with designers, procurement teams, and hotel operators, Jeff developed a deep understanding of how custom products are specified, engineered, and delivered at scale.
As those same clients increasingly sought custom lighting solutions, launching a dedicated lighting company felt like a natural progression. Alongside Alex, Jeff identified a clear gap in the market: the need for exceptionally high-quality custom lighting that could meet design intent without the premium pricing typically associated with bespoke fixtures. From this shared vision, WIP was formed—built on the belief that thoughtful engineering, global manufacturing, and strong partnerships can deliver outstanding custom lighting at highly competitive prices.
